Our Process
There is no such thing as one-size-fits-all solutions when it comes to car seat upholstery. Every project comes with its own set of variables. That said we go through the same 4-step process with every job to arrive at our bespoke upholstery solutions.
Step 1: You contact us
We provide 3 different ways for you to contact us. You can use the contact form on our website, send us an email along with photos of the upholstery in question or call our workshop during normal business hours. During the initial contact we discuss the big picture aspects of the project.
Step 2: We examine the upholstery in person
If your vehicle is currently road worthy we ask that you bring it to our workshop so we can make a detailed assessment of the situation. If, however, the car is not road worthy we will arrange to come by at a time of your convenience to make our assessment.
Step 3: We concept the seat upholstery solution
After making the detailed assessment and listening to what you want we will present you with your options. If you want a bespoke upholstery solution we will provide you a series of concept renderings. In the case of a repair job, we will provide an estimate for restoring the upholstery.
Step 4: Performing the work
Once you have signed off on the solution and we have gathered all the necessary materials we get to work. You can expect the project to be completed in 4 – 6 weeks.
