We receive your enquiry either by phone, email or our contact form. We will usually want to talk directly to you at some point and we will need to see photos of the furniture in question.
Should our artisans deem it necessary we will request a visit to your Sussex home so that we can assess the piece or pieces in person. During the visit, the designer will listen to your input, provide suggestions and recommendations on materials, colours and other aesthetic and functional elements and work with you to arrive at an upholstery solution that dovetails with your wishes.
We leave the high-pressure sales techniques to others. No fabrication of any kind occurs until you are 100% satisfied with the proposed upholstery.
